Development team, our partners engage with us on the following essential tasks and responsibilities:

- Partner with relevant stakeholders to understand their aspirations and translate them to technical requirements
- Design, develop, and deliver innovative solutions to non-conventional data-enabled challenges
- Focus on agility and creativity to respond to the rapidly changing demands and technology in the field of

web/mobile development, leveraging a diverse stack of software development technologies and frameworks
- Create a distinct and sophisticated look and feel for each deliverable with current UI/UX trends for a mix of
- Deliver innovative designs using appropriate navigation systems, information flow, typography, iconography,

effective story boarding, and color theory
- Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts (Story boarding) of art and copy regarding arrangement,



size, type size, font style, and related aesthetic design concepts
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Ensure that all user input is validated before submitting to the back-end
- Deliver projects on time and within the given budget

What you bring to the role:

- Knowledge of user experience and usability concepts
- Ability to gather and understand requirements for intuitive user experience design delivery
- Experience creating appealing and intuitive user interface designs
- Ability to use multiple design software systems to come up with most effective design solution
- Solid knowledge and experience of Adobe tools and other design tools such as Axure, InVision, etc.
- Good sense of color and image selection
- Comfortable creating personas, user journeys, and competitive analysis and following the design flow meticulously from end to end to provide the best design solution
- Experience maintaining large data-driven websites and portals tailored for desktop and mobile devices
- Ability to grasp and understand new technologies, concepts, and best practices for an intuitive design
- Good understanding of coding, which helps create achievable and responsive designs
- Good knowledge of bootstrap and other similar frameworks
- Experience in web production, in both in-house and external environments
- Solid understanding of web norms and techniques
- Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities
- Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
