**We will count on you to**:

- Develop creative and impactful solutions to transformation projects.
- Integrate different fields of knowledge (communication, strategy, innovation, HR, digital) to develop frameworks and transformation journeys with clients
- Build and develop strong business relationships with clients
- Manage and develop transformation projects, organizational design, work redesign and cultural change, talent development, compensation, etc.
- Contribute to Project team development and skills

**What you need to have**:

- Professional experience of more than 8 years in similar projects will be valued: organizational design projects and its different streams like — structure, roles and responsibilities, governance, achieved through benchmarking, restructuring,



organizational data analytics, strategic analysis, etc
- Experience as a Project Manager: exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. Ability to adapt to various people and working styles under tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical mind to analyze data and metrics and translate insight into actionable strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communications as well as strong presentation skills.
- High English proficiency.
- Ability to develop relationships with various business areas including executive leaders.
