Honorarios – 20‑month contract, 3 days per week, full‑time.

Salaried Position

Gross monthly salary: 2,661,000 CLP.

Position Summary

Professional engineer or architect responsible for ensuring the integral compliance of the construction contract for the Reposición Hospital Comunitario de Diego de Almagro. Duties include reviewing the digital 3D coordination, monitoring partial deliveries, updating the as‑built model, responding to information requests, managing change notes, advising on cost adjustments, and producing monthly performance reports.

Responsibilities

- Review the 3D digital coordination in construction.
- Audit compliance with scheduled partial deliveries and 3D presentations for architecture and other specialties.
- Document changes to the construction model and verify the final as‑built model.
- Provide clear and timely responses to Requerimientos de Información (RDI) and ensure quality and speed in processing change orders.
- Advise the Servicio de Salud on potential cost increases, decreases, and extraordinary works, coordinating necessary documentation for Ministry approval.
- Issue a monthly performance report subject to ITO approval.





Required Qualifications

- Professional degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, or architecture from a recognized university or state professional institute.
- Five years of experience in similar roles in construction projects, including at least 20,000m² of health facility construction.
- Experience with BIM methodology (Diploma or equivalent). Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Office, and Excel.
- Knowledge of urban planning, construction law, quality assurance systems, and labor/subcontracting regulations.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans, structural calculations, and other specialty drawings.
- Proficiency in mid‑level use of BIM modeling software.
- Experience in public‑sector oversight and scheduling of construction works is desirable.

General Requirements

- Clear of any ineligibilities under Law No.18,575 and its related provisions.
- Have active contracts or guarantees with the Service exceeding 200UTM.
- No pending litigation with the Service except those relating to personal rights, spouse, children, adopted or relatives up to third degree of consanguinity and second of affinity.
