Accountabilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to final implementation,



ensuring high-quality user experiences
Translate customer needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces
Collaborate with product managers and creative stakeholders to research, prototype, and refine user experiences
Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to support product development
Utilize design systems and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the product
Conduct user research and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and improve usability
Create and maintain design documentation, guidelines, and visual assets for development teams
Ensure alignment between design output and overall product strategy, balancing aesthetics with functionality

Requirements:

Proven experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a related field
Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma
