Accountabilities:

Lead end-to-end creative production for performance marketing campaigns across key digital channels,



ensuring timely delivery of high-quality static and video assets
Define and evolve creative strategy in collaboration with user acquisition, design, and AI teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, CPA, ROAS) and continuously optimize creatives through testing and iteration
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Creative Producers, fostering a culture of innovation and performance
Integrate AI tools into creative workflows to enhance ideation, production speed, and asset variation
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the main point of contact for creative needs and aligning stakeholders on priorities
Oversee external partnerships with freelancers and vendors, including onboarding, negotiation, and performance management
Drive quarterly creative planning, testing roadmaps, and process improvements to scale production efficiency and impact
