You will lead merchandising strategy, optimize pricing, and ensure high-quality product listings that enhance customer experience and conversion rates. Accountabilities:

Oversee the performance and quality of product listings across multiple marketplaces,



ensuring consistency and accuracy
Analyze competitor positioning and optimize pricing, shipping, and promotional strategies to remain competitive while protecting margins
Define and execute merchandising strategies, including discounts, campaigns, and seasonal promotions
Lead and manage a team, setting clear priorities, workflows, and execution plans to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Monitor marketplace performance metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, and visibility, and implement improvement plans
Evaluate and prioritize new product onboarding based on demand potential, operational feasibility, and competitive landscape
Continuously improve processes, workflows, and quality standards to enhance efficiency and scalability

Requirements:

Proven experience in multi-channel e-commerce or marketplace management (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart)
