About the Role We are looking for high-performing Key Account Managers with a strong commercial mindset and experience managing strategic clients in multi-country environments. This role is critical in ensuring long-term client relationships, revenue expansion, and customer success, acting as a trusted advisor and business partner for key accounts across LATAM. ? Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across LATAM Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth Act as the main point of contact,



ensuring client satisfaction and retention Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams Monitor account performance and develop strategic growth plans Provide insights on market trends and client needs across the region ? Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role Strong background in B2B sales, account management, or customer success Experience managing regional or multi-country accounts in LATAM Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong plus) ?
