The IT & Network Support Technician is a key member of our general IT team, responsible for ensuring seamless and secure technology operations across both office and remote environments. This role involves administering systems, managing network infrastructure, and providing expert support for workstations, mobile devices, and user access issues. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with international IT professionals, troubleshoot technical problems, deploy system enhancements, and implement robust security practices. This position requires a proactive approach, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to effectively support our diverse user base and maintain high availability of critical IT services.

What you'll do at Fall Creek

ESSENTIAL DUTIES (Other Duties as assigned)




- Manage and troubleshoot network components including LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Manage vendors/providers.
- Local support on both Sites (Chillan primary and Santiago Secundary).
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components, including repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
- Perform system updates, backups, and recovery procedures.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Implement network security measures to protect data and resources.
- Assist in designing and deploying network enhancements and new solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users both in-office and remote.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Resolve login, access, and mobile device connectivity issues promptly.
